Best chance for a fast response is WhatsApp, especially to stay up to date via automated replies in case of temporary unavailabilty (due to appointments or a German holiday, for example)

For convenient processing of your request, calls will be answered by a digital assistant but a human will always call you back. It is advised to state your request to the digital assistant so we can prepare accordingly before we call you back.

Best times to get a fast response:

Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Friday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

It is of course possible to schedule appointments with German offices or picking up of translations outside these hours.
